We can make this claim because we are the first upper Austrian language service provider to be certified for our quality with the European standard "EN 15038". This is a European certification procedure that only 5% of all Austrian language service providers have subjected themselves to.

For our customers, this certification means that MB International Languages will supply them with guaranteed and consistent quality. And not only that: our quality gives customers the security of being able to follow all work steps, without exception. 

Our certification does not mean that we will rest on our laurels - it is an obligation. Language services providers who have received the European seal of quality must consistently prove their long-term and consistent quality. Therefore, we subject ourselves to this demanding certification procedure every two years.

MB International Languages gets straight to the root of errors in poor translations and eliminates them. We extract, define and systemise your company and industry terminology with our translation and terminology management software.

We guarantee that we will apply your company-specific terminology. We can make this guarantee, because we update the Translation Memory with every new translation order. Furthermore, we also create company glossaries to ensure consistent translations.
